Boot Camp for Supervisors

An intense focus on succeeding at managing others
Available in one or two day format

What are the compelling attributes of an accomplished Supervisor? A major one is leadership. Then there is professional maturity and emotional IQ. You don’t master the art of supervision through luck, you master it with training, experience, self-learning, and staying on top of best practices. Today’s Supervisor must have the attitude, skill set, confidence, persistence and commitment to excel in this multi-tasking, ever so challenging role.

Two Days, One Evening
Fast-Paced * Information Packed * Hard Working * Results Oriented

With this in mind, InterAction Training Systems has put together a two-day conference designed especially for Supervisors. This dynamic, interactive program includes pre-work, more than 16 hours of class time and focuses on key pertinent issues. The curriculum includes exploring twelve management skills that lay out a plan for success, discovering best practices for highly effective supervisors and working through a case study.

Participants will find this experiential training opportunity invigorating, motivating and applicable to managing and supervising others. Working in peer groups developing solutions and sharing ideas in order to respond to assignments and a case study will be highly beneficial for participants.

If your bank strives to keep Supervisors on the competitive edge, then this conference is exactly what you are looking for!
