Honey is our president. She has more than 30 years of experience in training and quality improvement and is recognized as one of the nation’s best speakers.
Honey is a graduate of the School of Bank Marketing from the University of Colorado and a faculty member for banking schools around the country. She is certified in Reality Therapy by the William Glasser Institute and Training and Development from Texas A&M.
Janice is a Senior Training Consultant and Certified Bank Training Professional (CBTP). She’s a seasoned presenter that has all the right stuff to wow you. Before joining us, Janice managed, designed, coordinated and presented training programs for a multi-state telecommunications company.
Janice has a degree in Business Administration with a major in Management from Almeda University and is certified by the University of Houston in Leadership and Management.
Vicki Kraai is a Senior Training Consultant for InterAction Training. Vicki infuses her training with a highly engaging “been there, done that” flavor. She started her banking career as a bank teller and worked her way up to CEO. She founded her consulting firm VK Solutions in 2010, specializing in assisting community-minded financial institutions grow their people and profitability.
Vicki has a passion for developing people for success in the financial services industry. She holds a degree in Finance from Nebraska Wesleyan and serves on the Board of Directors of West Gate Bank in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Maarten Cappaert is our Director of Operations, Marketing and IT. He makes sure our business runs smoothly and is dedicated to giving you a quality experience on our website. He’s also responsible for getting all our awesome free content to you through our newsletter, blog and social media.
Maarten has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Front-End Web Development. He also received an Excellence Award for consistently demonstrating leadership skills and the ability and willingness to help others, and for showing exemplary critical thinking and conceptual and analytical design.
Jennifer returns to InterAction Training to head up the client services division as Director of Sales & Service. Her previous job with us was to manage the bookkeeping department. Most recently she was a Performance Consultant with Insperity, a nationally-recognized, Professional Employer Organization. Her ten-year career there included oversight for several key programs including the Certified Business Performance Advisor Program.
Jennifer has a passion for helping others and her family. She and her husband, Scott, a middle school athletic coordinator, coach, and teacher, enjoy parenting four amazing children.
Bailey is our Director of Well-being. It is her job to ensure there’s an awesome atmosphere in the InterAction Training offices.
Bailey is a graduate from K9 Academy and has a degree in rolling, shaking paws and playing dead. She is dedicated to putting smiles on people’s faces and eating any food they might leave unattended.
