As the leader, Chuck is focused on serving the banking needs of current and prospective customers, listening to their needs, identifying their objectives. Before joining Salin Bank, Chuck worked as an Assistant Vice President for a large regional bank. In his spare time, Chuck is involved with several business and civic organizations. He is a board member of Girls on the Run of Hamilton County and is involved with several Chamber of Commerce organizations throughout the state of Indiana. Chuck holds a Bachelor Degree in Management and HR from Indiana University and has his MBA from the University of Indianapolis.
