Yolanda Garcia is an Executive Vice President and Chief Client Experience Officer with WestStar Bank. Yolanda has 35 years of banking experience and is passionate about financial literacy, serving several years on the board for Junior Achievement of the Desert Southwest. Most recently she has served on the board for Project Arriba and BorderPlex Alliance and is currently a board member for the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce.
