Get REAL About Your Leadership Skills
October 8, 2019 @ 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Do the leaders you employ know how to develop trust, build a cohesive team, communicate expectations, and hold employees accountable?
How would the workplace be different if leaders and employees knew how to engage in healthy conflict? How would your organization change when the teams that compose it become cohesive?
The Get REAL program combines interactive on-site training, group performance coaching, and individual accountability coaching. The program is composed of four key modules, Release, Evaluate, Acknowledge, and Lead, which break down leadership principles into manageable sessions.
In the Release module, you will learn how ego and judgment impede your effectiveness and the myth of the “open door” policy.
The foundation of the Evaluate module is the Everything DiSC® assessment. This tool helps people at any level of an organization or industry effectively understand themselves and others. By establishing a common language that elevates the effectiveness of communication and teamwork, Everything DiSC® strengthens relationships which help improve productivity and lead to better workplaces.
In the Acknowledgment module you explore the courage involved with vulnerability, the value of employee recognition and the trust-building power of admitting mistakes.
You will cross the Get REAL finish line with the Lead module. Integrity is the lynchpin to coaching skills and providing feedback. You will engage in skill-building exercises to reinforce your new learning.
