Looking for answers? Here are the Frequently Asked Questions for Train the Trainer Boot Camp.

Your seat is confirmed as soon as you receive your welcome email. This is typically sent the same day you registered.

In the days and weeks following your registration, you will receive a series of e-mails with information. We will also be asking for some additional details, such as emergency contact information and food allergies. We’ll do a final check as the event approaches and get in touch if any information is missing.

Train the Trainer Boot Camp is a 4-day event that starts on Tuesday and ends on Friday. On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday we start at 9:00 AM and adjourn at 4:00 PM. On Friday we end on or before 2:00 PM. Each day we have a one-hour lunch break, as well as short breaks throughout the day.

Train the Trainer Boot Camp takes places in the conference room of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Atascocita. The hotel is located 10 miles from Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). Be sure to use group code IAT to receive a room discount when you make your hotel reservation.

Train the Trainer Boot Camp takes place in the Holiday Inn and Suites Atascocita, just 10 minutes from Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). The hotel offers a daily shuttle service to the airport between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Call the hotel at (281)964-1300 to make shuttle arrangements. Note that the shuttle is not offered for Hobby Airport (HOU).

Lunches are provided each day. We aim to offer variety and choices that will please everyone. Don’t forget to mention any food allergies you have in the attendee questionnaire you will receive.

Dress code is business casual. Jeans is acceptable.

Cancellations are accepted at no charge up to 21 days before the Boot Camp. Later cancellations or no shows are responsible to pay the entire workshop fee. Once paid, a ‘Certificate of Transfer’ is issued valid for attendance at a future workshop of comparable value during the next twelve months. Substitutions and transfers may be made at any time at no charge. In the event of a cancellation of a workshop for any reason, InterAction Training’s liability is limited to the return of registration fees. We do not refund airfare or hotel rooms.

The hotel has an outdoor whirlpool and pool. There are lots of choices for dining and entertainment in the vicinity of the hotel. Downtown Houston is a 30 minute drive. In our experience, attendees wanting to venture out can usually share a ride with attendees that drove in.

A laptop is not required. All materials will be provided.
