How do I save $200 on my registration?

The $200 discount is exclusive to members of The Training Institute. You can become a member here. If you purchase the membership and Boot Camp at the same time the discount will be applied immediately.

Is my registration confirmed?

You can check the status of your registration on your account page. Look for the order containing your Boot Camp purchase. The order status will indicate whether your registration is complete or pending.

What is the schedule for the Boot Camp?

Train the Trainer Boot Camp is a 4-day event that starts on Tuesday and ends on Friday. On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday we start at 9:00 AM and adjourn at 4:00 PM. On Friday we end on or before 2:00 PM. Each day we have a one-hour lunch break, as well as short breaks throughout the day.

What happens after I'm registered?

In the days and week following your registration, you will receive a series of e-mails with information. We will also be asking for some additional details, such as emergency contact information and food allergies. We’ll do a final check close to the Boot Camp date and get in touch if any information is missing.

Where is the Boot Camp taking place?

The Boot Camp takes places in the conference room of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Atascocita – Humble – Kingwood. Register early to enjoy the discounted room rate. The hotel is located 10 miles from Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH).

How often is Boot Camp and Advanced Week offered?

Train the Trainer Boot Camp and Advanced Week are typically scheduled twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall. Both take place simultaneously at the same location and time.

Do I need transportation?

Train the Trainer Boot Camp takes place in the Holiday Inn and Suites Atascocita, just 10 minutes from Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). The hotel offers a daily shuttle service to the airport between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Call the hotel at (281)964-1300 to make shuttle arrangements. Note that the shuttle is not offered to Hobby Airport (HOU).

Are meals provided?

Lunches are provided each day. We aim to offer variety and choices that will please everyone. Don’t forget to mention any food allergies you have in the attendee questionnaire.

What is the dress code?

Dress code is business casual. Denim is acceptable.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations are accepted at no charge up to 21 days before the Boot Camp. Later cancellations or no shows are responsible to pay the entire workshop fee. Once paid, a ‘Certificate of Transfer’ is issued valid for attendance at a future workshop of comparable value during the next twelve months. Substitutions and transfers may be made at any time at no charge. In the event of a cancellation of a workshop for any reason, InterAction Training’s liability is limited to the return of registration fees. We do not refund airfare or hotel rooms.

How do I become a Certified Bank or Credit Union Training Professional?

Train the Trainer Boot Camp is the starting point if you wish to pursue certification. Once you complete all the steps, you will automatically receive certification status. No special action is required.

We highly recommend you become a member of The Training Institute to save up to $800 dollars and enjoy numerous other benefits.

Do I have to attend Train the Trainer Boot Camp to become a Certified Training Professional?

Yes, Train the Trainer Boot Camp is the starting point if you wish to become certified. Once you complete all the steps, you will automatically receive certification status.

How much travel is involved if I want to become a Certified Training Professional?

You only need to travel to Houston, TX for Train the Trainer Boot Camp and Advanced Week. All other steps of certification can be completed online.

What are my options for entertainment?

The hotel has an outdoor whirlpool and pool. There are lots of choices for dining and entertainment in the vicinity of the hotel. Downtown Houston is a 30 minute drive. In our experience, attendees wanting to venture out can usually share a ride with attendees that drove in.
